If you add the .cfs extension to the NAV exclusion list, you should see the performance problems disappear. It was actually my work machine which had the problem, my home machine is an Athlon 64 with 1GB RAM, it's sweet :-) I'll try it again on my work computer - P4 512MB - to see how it goes and see if I can pin down what the issue was and whether it was clashing with anything.
